Overview

The Seller Dashboard is where sellers manage their account. The Sellers Dashboard includes the following areas:

Main: This area is the main landing page after sign in. Navigation is on the left and top right. We also show System Messages (tech, promotions, etc..), Current Purchases and Renewals (past 30 days) and a Quick Search for Orders and Subscribers.

Profiles: This area is the master Account Profile area. It shows an editable snapshot of the current service plan and account status. Editable Contact Information is also available.

Admins: This area shows everyone that has access to the Seller Dashboard and their status and access credentials. Creating multiple admins requires our Enterprise Level or White Label Service Plans.

Stores: This area shows and allows creation and management for all of your stores and their settings including Store Profile, Hosted Pages, Transaction Processing, Shipping, Taxes, Registration Fields, Email Communications, Dunning Rules, Languages, Email Marketing Apps, and API Settings.

Subscriptions: This area shows and allows creation and management for all Subscriptions and Add-On Products.

Subscribers: This area shows and allows management of all subscribers and their subscriptions including the ability to update subscriber payment information, create refunds and do an open charge.

Coupons: This area is where coupons are created and managed.

Reports: This area is where all of your data can be viewed and downloaded in spreadsheet format.

Help: This area is where sellers communicate with us for support.
