Account Profile
At some point you’ll need to update your Account Profile. To do so sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Profiles (1), then Account Profile (2).
Once on the page you’ll see Account Snapshot (3) and your Contact Information (4).
The Account Snapshot area allows you to manage your service plan, status and whether you want to be on our marketing mailing list (don’t worry we won’t overload ya, we promise).

The Contact Information area is your information that is on file for us only. This information will not be seen by anyone other than applicable SO Staff.
After updating your profile(s), click Save Changes (5).
Remember any field labels that are BOLD are required.
What are the blue circles with Question Marks ()? We call them On Page Tutorials or OPT’s. They are full of information about the field or fields you are working with.
Payment Profile
Updating your Payment Profile is fairly straight forward. Sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Profiles (1).
Setup Mode: If you're still in Sandbox/Setup Mode you’ll want to click Go Live (2) and the Payment Profile page will appear.
After you have setup your Payment Profile, click Save Changes (3).
Payment Profile Updates after Going Live: If your payment profile needs updating, sign in and after you are in the Profiles area click Payment Profile (4). Update the payment information and don’t forget to Save Changes (5).
