Sales Order Reports
Our Sales Orders Report provides vital sales information to run your business. There are various search parameters which allows you to dig deep for your data.
To access the Sales Order Report, sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Reports (1) then choose Sales Orders (2).
From here choose your search parameters and click Create Report (3).
Once your report has generated you will see all the sales orders based on your search parameters in line item format.
You can view invoices individually by clicking the view icon(4) (eye) or you can download the entire report by clicking the Download as Excel (5).

Renewal Reports
If you like Renewal Reports then you’ve come to the right place.
To access Renewal Reports, log in to the Seller Dashboard and click Reports (1) then choose Renewals (2).
From here you’ll notice three tabs at the top of the page.
Successful: (3) This means that the transaction was successful. This report is for the previous day’s transactions.
Upcoming Renewals: (4) This report shows the upcoming renewals for the next week out.
Failed: (5) This report shows all failed renewals for all time.

Subscriber Reports
Subscriber Reports can be accessed by logging in to the Seller Dashboard and click Reports (1) then choose Subscribers (2).
You’ll first have to choose a Subscription Plan (3), it’s required, then any other desired criteria and click Create Report (4).
Once your report has generated you will see all the subscribers based on your search parameters in line item format.
You can view invoices individually by clicking the view icon(5) (eye) or you can download the entire report by clicking the Download as Excel (6).

Charts & Graphs
Our Charts and Graphs provides a quick glance view of current Number of Orders vs. Total Revenue.
To access Charts & Graphs sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Reports (1) then choose Charts & Graphs (2).
You can change what store you are viewing and the date range. After the desired criteria is chosen click Refresh (3).
By clicking on the Navigation Menu (4) you have different file options to download, view or print the summary.

Custom Email Alerts
Our Custom Email Alerts help you to stay in the know about Sales, Subscriptions, Renewal Revenue, Refunds, and Renewal Failures
To access Custom Email Alerts sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Reports (1) then choose Custom Email Alerts (2).
A fresh screen will appear with the following fields:
Time Period: (3) The time period to track your conditions.
Condition: (4) These are the condition choices that can be tracked, they include:
- New Sales tracks the charged amount of new sales.
- New Subscriptions tracks the total count of new subscriptions.
- Renewal Revenue tracks the total charged amount of renewals.
- Refunds tracks the total refunded amount.
- Renewal Failures tracks the total count of failed renewals currently in our Dunning process.
Value: (5) This is the comparison operator you would like to use to trigger an alert. For example, if New sales are greater than 100.
Threshold: (6) This is the amount at which to trigger the alert. The Condition and Threshold settings include:
- New Sales, Renewal Revenue, and Refunds the threshold should represent the total charge/refund amount at which to trigger the alert.
- New Subscriptions and Renewal Failures the threshold should represent the total count at which to trigger the alert.
Email to Notify: (7) These are the admin emails you want the alert sent to.
Message: (8) This is the message that will appear in the body of the email sent.
Run: (9) This sets when the condition should be checked for. Time Period and Run include:
- Daily will return an error if run is not daily.
- Weekly can be either Every Monday or Every Friday and represents the previous 7 days from that day.
- Monthly can be either the First or Last Day of the month and represents the month prior to that day. If the First Day of the month is selected the previous month will be used, if the Last Day is selected the current month will be selected.
Alert Name: (10) This is the name you wish to save the alert under, this will also be used in the Subject Line of the email.
Once completed, click Save Alert (11).
To edit an alert refer to the Saved Alerts area (12). Choose the alert you want to edit by clicking the then your screen will refresh with the ability to edit and save your adjustments.
