Overview

Hosted Subscriber Dashboard is a public facing dashboard where your customers can manage their account. As with Hosted Store Pages the Hosted Subscriber Dashboard is available or you can choose to create your own interface and use our API to connect to our platform.

To view the Subscriber Dashboard you’ll need to sign in to the Seller Dashboard and click Stores from the left Menu then choose the store you want to manage and click the icon.

You’ll land on the Store Management page, click Hosted Pages and the area will expand. From there scroll to the bottom of that area and click the Subscriber Sign In link and a new tab will open the Subscriber Dashboard in a new tab.

Make sure to bookmark the page in your browser for later use.

Access to a specific subscriber dashboard can be accomplished within the sellers dashboard in Manage Subscribers. It’s a useful feature if customers call in and want to verbally update their profile information.

Areas within the Subscriber Dashboard include:

Main: This area is the launch pad into the dashboard. It includes easy to follow navigation and if you offer Invoice Me (Manual Online Billing) this is where customers can renew. Automated Renewal customers can also renew here if applicable per dunning rules.

Profiles: This area consists of your customers Profile, Subscription Profile(s) and our Payment Information Virtual Terminal where customers can update their payment information.

History: This area shows your customers their purchase history and allows them to view/download/print their pdf invoices.

Languages: This area allows your customers to choose the language they are most comfortable with. This feature is only applicable with our Enterprise Level Service Plan with languages enabled.

Help: This area allows your customers to communicate with you via an online form. Submission will be sent to the email address set within the Store Profile Area.

Note our platform is SSL Secured on our PCI Compliant Servers and we do not store credit cards locally. All credit card data is securely stored with the stores chosen payment processor.
